Client, a company providing solar services for individual and corporate customers, implemented Salesforce Field Service Scheduling Optimization to improve the efficiency of the internal business processes: Service appointments scheduling, optimization of travel time during business trips.

 

Goals

  • Optimize the work of dispatchers who spent a lot of time manually dispatching Orders;
  • Efficiently use Field Service Licenses.

 

Tasks

  • Configure existing Field Service Solution to use Scheduling Optimization;
  • Perform basic configuration of Salesforce Field Service.
