Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a lead on a single large and complex project, or simultaneously on multiple projects;
  • Lead client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements;
  • Ensure that the application satisfies the business objectives and is delivered on time and on budget;
  • Risk mitigation, resource allocation and management, developing and executing the User Adoption Strategy, post-deployment transition to the client admins and support team and overall Quality Assurance;

Key Responsibilities:
  • implementation of policies and procedures for work with personnel, adaptation, monitoring of the labor market, participation in performance reviews, hiring under a referral program, dismissals and exit interviews, etc.;
  • training and development of personnel, organization of training, control of internal English courses; organization of external company courses for beginner IT specialists, etc.
  • support of the HR brand and corporate culture of the company, the preservation and development of a cool, creative, and positive atmosphere in the team, a culture of mutual support and mutual assistance;
  • regular communications with all employees in order to monitor the state of relations within the team;
  • work with employee involvement and motivation, identifying opportunities for development and preventing possible problematic issues in the team, generating proposals for changing the situation and making appropriate decisions;

Requirements:
  • 1+ year  of experience as an HR Manager in IT;

  • Degree, main or additional training in personnel management or psychological education will be a plus;
  • Ability to create and reinforce a positive work culture;
