- experience as an HR Manager/Recruiter;
- level of English, Polish, Russian - B2;
- understanding of the specifics of the selection and market of IT specialists and possession of modern technologies for searching, attracting and evaluating candidates;
- higher education, basic or additional training in HR management or psychological education will be a plus;
- ability to work with Google docs, ATS, HMS;
- the ability to independently organize work, prioritize;
- ability to multi-task, summarize and analyze;
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- personal qualities: energy, initiative and people-result-oriented
