Jet BI is looking for an active and motivated Junior HR generalist on full-time to join our friendly team and rapid growth!
full cycle of recruitment of personnel on different positions, sourcing;
conducting interviews (including in English);
almost full cycle of HR function, adaptation, onboarding and etc.;
organization and holding of corporate team-building and educational events;
organization of courses for beginner IT-specialists;
regular communication with all employees;
interaction with service providers in Polish.
experience as an HR Manager/Recruiter;
level of English, Polish, Russian - B2;
understanding of the specifics of the selection and market of IT specialists and possession of modern technologies for searching, attracting and evaluating candidates;
higher education, basic or additional training in HR management or psychological education will be a plus;
ability to work with Google docs, ATS, HMS;
the ability to independently organize work, prioritize;
ability to multi-task, summarize and analyze;
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
personal qualities: energy, initiative and people-result-oriented
