Customer decided to create a new version of the existing business application with a completely new functionality. The main goal was to attract new clients and to increase the loyalty of the current ones. New app should provide a totally new way of customer experience and to replace the boring old version with the obsolete design.
Goals and tasks
Development of a mobile business app on both - Android and iOS platforms which should provide the following functionality:
- User creation using Salesforce community license;
- Authorization via social networks;
- Option to assign Fashion coach for each customer using SF Live Agent functionality;
- Photo sharing and postings in social networks;
- Blogging option;
- Increase of off-line sales;
- UI redesign, enabling accurate and modern look and hustle-free user experience;
- In-App functions.
Project scope
JET BI team performed consulting and custom development services including:
- Requirements analysis;
- Development of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms;
- UX design;
- Integration with Salesforce backend (authentication, community integrations, Live agent functionality);
- Implementation of push notifications using Salesforce push notifications;
- In-App payments;
- Integration with Social networks (authorization and sharing);
- Image compression on-the-fly;
- Implementation of social network functionality (posting texts and images, likes, rates).
