To automatize the after-sales insurance processes of the mobile phones within the Salesforce CRM implementation project the integration with the systems of mobile phone providers for an insurance company.
Goals and tasks
- Implement integration with custom SOAP services which uses mutual SSL and SOAP WS Security Headers;
- Discuss all the security issues with the client`s IT support team;
- Conduct integration works, testing, and implement 100% unit-test coverage;
- Perform deployment to PROD instance.
Project scope
As a result of works done the following challenges were met:
- Architecture of the solution was developed;
- APEX classes and triggers for the integration with SOAP web-services of the mobile phone provider were implemented including the verification of the digital signature within the authentication process;
- Integration testing conducted;
- System put into production operation.
