Implementation and complex adjustment of the Mobile CRM solution for SAP ERP (HR, LO, MM, FI, CO), SAP CRM.
- Extend the existing customized enterprise processes based on SAP ERP, SAP CRM to mobile devices. Provide the possibility of managing the processes, creation and tracking of the following documents from mobile devices:
- CRM product catalog managing;
- Extended procure-to-pay process management (creation and tracking of requests, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, etc.);
- Claims Management;
- Provide the support for multiple layers of roles (clients, managers, employees), organize the reliable mechanism of access rights for complex authority system;
- Provide access to actual information from mobile devices;
- Support for multiple mobile device platform types.
- Complex of mobile solutions fully supporting and extending the existing procure-to-pay and related processes based on SAP ERP, SAP CRM to mobile platforms;
- Support and UI unification for different types of mobile platforms;
- Secure Mobile access based on complex authority system of HR, CRM, ERP partners and employees roles;
- Immediate updates of the key information from SAP on mobile devices thanks to implemented data change notification mechanism Clients;
- Getting mobile marketplace for products purchasing and ongoing support including claims maintaining;
- Possibility to control the status of processes and get the actual updates using mobile devices Managers;
- Mobilization of data maintaining and clients’ history tracking (organizational information and contacts, contracts, requests, orders, claims, etc.);
- Easier control of the main indicators such as client’s debt in the context of organization and contracts; credit limit status; claims status, etc.;
- Possibility to get the important updates from SAP ERP, SAP CRM systems on mobile devices immediately thanks to implemented Data change notification mechanism;
- Possibility to respond to updates immediately setting the next step of the processes workflow directly from the mobile device: creating or changing SAP documents and their statuses, making comments, attachments, calling the correspondent phone numbers and sending emails.
