On December 15, JET BI hosted a webinar on the topic "Salesforce® Field Service Lightning: Automation of Field Workers".
For an hour and a half, the speakers, Julia Solomenko, Senior Project Manager, and Ekaterina Rusakovich, Business Analyst at JET BI talked about the features and functionality of the solution and also demonstrated real use cases on how FSL helps optimize business processes and increase ROI.
One of the blocks of the webinar concentrated on the demonstration of both desktop and solution's mobile versions for technicians.
Each participant got an opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A session and get answers from experts directly during the webinar.
