On April 17, 2019, the regular annual SAP Forum was held at the Moscow Exhibition Center.
The forum included a plenary session, moderated by the famous Russian TV presenter Ivan Urgant.
Also, seven parallel thematic sessions on such topics as “what benefits do customers receive when switching to SAP S/4HANA” or “IoT in medium and small business” were held. In addition, over 60 different stands were presented for the guests.
JET BI, as an invited partner, represented by Director Andrew Tankevich, attended the event to get acquainted with the latest trends in the enterprise-level business solutions on the market.
Experience management - a new line of SAP activity - became one of the most important and discussed topics.
Comparison of the real financial data and user experience data allows us to understand in which direction a company should move in order to increase its attractiveness.
