The second QA seminar took place at our main office. This time we`ve brought up to discussion a very exciting topic - "Documentation testing and communication within the team". The agenda comprised such questions as testing requirements, important criteria for all types of documents, test design, etc. The speaker, Anna Yaroshik, also pointed out some of the most common testing challenges (insufficient requirements, lack of knowledge, lots of input data, time pressure, etc.). The next part of the seminar was hinged on communication within the team.

As experience shows, miscommunication and understanding problems can be critical for the successful project. We always cooperate with developers, project managers so to get the best result possible, we have to ask a lot of questions and to know how to receive answers to them. That is why I wanted to pay extra attention to this issue,

shares her thoughts Anna.

The next seminar will be held on March 1. The topic we are going to discuss next time is Functional testing. Communication with customers.
