ISTQB Exam Insights

Here are my personal ExamTips and Tricks in my own ISTQB Exam Strategy. 

  • Review and Revision: In the days leading up to the exam, focus on revision rather than attempting to learn new material. Revisit key concepts, formulas, and definitions.
  • Practice Time Management: During practice exams, pay attention to time management. The ISTQB Foundation exam is time-bound, and managing time effectively is crucial to answering all questions.
  • Read Carefully: During the exam, read questions and answer choices carefully. Don't rush; ensure you understand the context before selecting an answer.
  • Flag and Review: If uncertain about an answer, flag the question and move on. Complete the rest of the exam and then return to flagged questions during the review phase.
  • Stay Calm: Exam stress is common, but remember that you've prepared well.
